Our History. Vasco Asphalt Company was founded in 1967. Mike Vinton has been with the company since its inception, purchasing the assets in 2000, he is currently the company president. Possessing a strong resolve to be the best at what we do Vasco Asphalt Company has experienced significant growth and has an outstanding reputation in the commercial and recreational market today.
